Owner, Cheyenne Caldwell, is a Registered Nurse who cared for patients in various stages of declining health, only to realize the vast majority of her patients’ acute and chronic diagnoses could have been minimized or prevented altogether through proper nutrition and fitness. Her goal through services offered at Caldwell Nutrition is to guide clients through their health journey, keeping them far from sickness and hospitalization. She is passionate about nutrition for those who have new or old medical diagnoses, who feel stuck in their patterns of taking medications, experiencing side effects, and are constantly struggling with their health goals. Caldwell Nutrition always addresses the client as a whole; proper movement, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and mental health are addressed with each and every client.
